Welcome to Les Objets de Kun. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Company Information

We sell and ship to customers within the European Union only.

2. Nature of Products

Les Objets de Kun offers vintage and second-hand items only.
Each piece has its own age, character, and signs of use. We make every effort to describe and photograph items accurately, but minor imperfections or wear consistent with age should be expected.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept the unique condition of vintage items.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in euros (EUR).
Payment must be completed at checkout for the order to be confirmed.

4. Shipping

We ship to EU countries only.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

5. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with EU law, customers have the right to return online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order.

To request a return, please contact us by email within the 14-day period.
Return shipments must be sent at the customer’s own expense. Les Objets de Kun is not responsible for return parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Return Conditions

Returns are only accepted when:

  • The item is in the same condition as received.

  • The item is unused and undamaged.

  • The original packaging is included and undamaged.

If a returned item arrives damaged or shows signs of use, a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. The amount of this fee will be determined based on the condition of the returned item.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is approved and inspected.

6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.

7. Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, measurements, and photographs for all products. However, slight variations may occur. Any errors on the website are unintentional, and we reserve the right to correct them without prior notice.

8. Liability

Les Objets de Kun is not responsible for damages caused by misuse of items or by normal wear associated with vintage products.

9. Privacy

All personal information shared with us is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not share customer data with third parties except as required to process orders.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of France and applicable EU regulations.
